I have always found Mike and Chris totally honest in the more than ten years that I have owned my Mercedes '91 300. More than a few times I have brought it to have them check a concern while I wait, yet I leave without being charged and the problem addressed.

Three years ago a Dutch friend recommended them as a great place to take my Mercedes if I wanted an alternative to the dealership. He had been going there for years. They were knowledgeable, honest, friendly and competent. Well I just moved back to the area and was once again pleased by their knowledge and their work.

The shop is clean and I believe it has been in the same hands for many years. One of the mechanics/owners speaks German. They know their stuff. Highly recommended.

My 2000 ML had a electric problem witch prevented me from shifting my gears from P to D, I called EAR and Mike immediately knew what the problem was and was able to have me come in and have it repaired. Great shop def an alternative to RAB Motors.

MI recently was referred to European Auto Repair by another mechanic I trust and I was so glad to put my car in good hands. My '08 R350 wagon had a rear suspension issue and it was readily diagnosed and corrected. These guys are my new go-to for Mercedes service. Great stuff.
